This policy explains what personal information I collect when you use this website or enquire about coaching, why I collect it, and what your rights are.

Who I am

I'm Dan King, trading as King's Coaching. I'm a sole trader and the data controller for any personal information you give me.

Health information. Details about injuries, medical conditions or medication count as special category data under UK GDPR. I only collect what I need to train you safely, I never share it with anyone without asking you first, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who else handles your data

I use a small number of trusted services to run this business. Each acts as a processor on my behalf and has its own privacy policy:

How long I keep it

Cookies

This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded enquiry form, booking links and map are provided by third parties who may set their own cookies when those elements load. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the form or map may not work properly if you do.
